By accessing this website, submitting an architectural layout brief, booking an office consultation, or interacting with our digital communication features, you formally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regional laws. If you do not agree with any part of these provisions, you must stop utilizing this platform and our pre-visualization tools immediately.

2. Scope of Architectural & Design Services

All 2D and 3D floor plans, photorealistic external elevation renderings, premium interior walk-throughs, and drone site surveys provided by V Royal Ventures are conceptual tools meant to illustrate spatial intent. Final working structural engineering drawings will take priority during on-site masonry execution. Minor variations between digital renders and physical handovers may happen due to natural material variations, room scales, and local structural demands.

3. Pricing, Per-Square-Foot Packages & Variations

Our turnkey construction packages (Basic, Royal, Luxury Royal, and Ultra Royal) are priced based on a Per-Square-Foot (PSFT) calculation of the built-up area.

• Prices quoted on our website are subject to fluctuations in baseline structural raw commodity values (e.g., steel, cement, specialized structural aggregates).
• Any modifications, extensions, or structural footprint expansions requested by the client after code approvals and engineering signatures have been finalized will be processed as separate, cost-adjusted variation orders.

4. Material Curation & Procurement Approvals

V Royal Ventures adheres strictly to the procurement specification matrix selected in your turnkey contract tier (e.g., FE 550D TMT reinforced bars, specified quartz kitchen layouts, or premium sanitary configurations). If a specific material brand or custom component becomes unavailable in local supply networks during active construction phases, our well-trusted engineering team reserves the right to procure an identical item of equal or greater value after formal written client notification.

5. Site Access, Local Permits & Execution Timelines

Timely completion of your turnkey masterpiece is a core mission value for our team. However, V Royal Ventures cannot be held liable for project schedule adjustments caused by events outside our direct operational control. This includes delay loops in statutory floor layout sanction clearances, severe regional climate obstructions affecting concrete curing cycles, unexpected underground soil anomalies discovered during deep pile foundations, or general labor pauses impacting the construction industry.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital Content Rights

All custom concepts, unique structural plans, elevation matrices, creative 3D models, architectural video walkthroughs, text blocks, and media codes generated by V Royal Ventures are the exclusive intellectual property of our firm. The downloading, modifying, replication, or distribution of our architectural assets for commercial purposes outside our formal turnkey frameworks is strictly prohibited without explicit written executive consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

V Royal Ventures, alongside our certified internal architects, structural engineers, and site technicians, shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of site misuse or structural modifications executed by third-party external contractors without our operational supervision. Total corporate liability regarding active turnkey engagements is strictly governed and capped by the formal structural construction contract signed explicitly between both parties.
